Hi, I’m Kenny Gehlhoff.

I moved to El Pescadero in 2006 and began my Baja real estate career in 2016, bringing years of sales experience with me.

Believe it or not, I made my first sale on my very first day, sitting at Baja Beans. I remember thinking, “Boy, this is going to be easy!”

Well, I couldn’t have been more wrong!

There was plenty to learn about helping people buy property in another country. I was fortunate to learn from experienced professionals and knowledgeable real estate attorneys who helped me understand Mexican property ownership and the buying process. That’s knowledge I’m happy to share with my clients.

For me, real estate has never been just about making a sale. Finding that special property often leads to something equally valuable: a lasting friendship.

Clients may need you just as much after the purchase as before. They’re settling into a new country and figuring out how things work. That’s when being available, lending a hand and offering an honest perspective really matters.
